A mixed program of public and private housing is composed of 3 different buildings settled in the heart of an urban block of Montreuil, on the outskirts of Paris. The project seeks to improve the existing heterogeneous urban space, to reveal the site's natural topography and to create transparencies between the street and the green spaces in the heart of the block, in order to display them to the city. The project foresees these green spaces as public gardens. Two buildings share a common entrance, a large interior garden and an underground parking lot. The 14-unit building faces Victor Hugo Street.
