The program of non-conventional and high end housing, located opposite to the Golf Club of Lima, conveys the concept of skyscraper as an icon of contemporary luxury. Its condition as a skyscraper is given by its clearly vertical proportions and the abstract treatment of its facades more than by its true altitude.
The design proposal clearly divides the program into two buildings: the "Skyscraper", with a magnificent view over the Golf Club, and the "Staggered Tower", with a nice view of the ocean, in which each building is associated with two different landscapes and contains different types of apartments.
