The project is defined by its key elements: slabs with suspended gardens, which define the different levels, and stone volumes cast with cane-formwork texture, arranged according to the interiors’ privacy requirements.
The 11 apartments comprise mixed-typology units. On the semi-basement level, two duplex units function as small garden houses. From the second floor upwards, the building comprises five flats, two duplexes, and a triplex crowned with a rooftop terrace.
The relationship between interior and exterior is resolved through a deep façade incorporating planters within the beams, whose greenery introduces a subtle layer of nature to the urban landscape.
