Located on the corner of a major avenue, the project hosts 15 duplex apartments along with common areas.
Its elements interact with the pedestrian's perception. The slabs, emphasized every two levels, visually reduce the building height, while the panels -with a lithic textured and variable width- regulate their spacing according to the degree of privacy required. All apartments feature a double-height balcony that softens the transition from the street to the interior.
