The building proposes a clear and controlled relationship with the shared public space. The bench at the entrance acts as a transitional element between the street and the interior, providing a space for use by both residents and pedestrians.
The project comprises 19 mixed-typology apartments, each featuring a terrace screened by vertical timber panels that function as solar filters, becoming denser in areas requiring greater privacy.
